Opening hours

Students need to check their own timetables and course dates for when they need to be at college. However, HCC is open all year round. Generally, students may enter the campus in good time for a 9am start.

Reception service for visitors

Visitors to the college should please come and sign in at our Reception area, where you will be given a warm welcome and a visitor badge. Reception is open 8am-6pm, Monday to Thursday and 8am-5pm on Fridays. If you are visiting outside of these times, please see the security staff at the gate.

Students who have enrolled are given ID cards, and you will swipe in and out of the main gates on Falkirk Street. If you are coming to enrol, our course information office and enrolment times are below, and our friendly security team can direct you to where you need to go.

• Monday: 9am-4pm
• Tuesday: 10am-4pm
• Wednesday: 9am-5pm
• Thursday: 10am-2pm and 5-7pm
• Friday: 9am-2pm

For admissions and general enquiries drop-in

• Monday – Thursday: 8am-7pm
• Friday: 8am-6pm

The course information line – 020 7613 9123 – is open all year round 9am-4pm. At busy times, you may need to leave a message, but we will get back to you. At enrolment times, you may hear a message asking you to come into the college if possible.

If you want to contact another staff member and you don’t know their telephone number, call our switchboard team on 020 7613 9000. They can transfer you to other staff in the college. Switchboard is open 8am-7pm Monday to Thursday, and 8am-6pm on Fridays.
