A Level Success 2011
Jackeline Ballesteros, aged 19, from Hoxton, achieved an A in A Level Spanish alongside passing the first year of the BTEC Level 3 in Travel and Tourism.
Jackeline, originally from Columbia, is coming back to HCC in September to complete the second year of her BTEC Travel and Tourism course.
She hopes to go to university in 2012 to study Events Management with International Tourism.
She said: “There’s a really friendly atmosphere at the College and I’ve always felt very safe and secure at the campus. I’ve made some great friends and have enjoyed getting involved with exciting projects such as running a Comic Relief event. Its lots of fun and the tutors are always there for you and willing to help.”
