Rachel’s carpentry skills are recognised AGAIN
Carpentry and Joinery student Rachel Roberts is recognised again for her exceptional effort and achievement with a SECOND national award.
She was awarded the City and Guilds Highly Commended certificate for outstanding performance – the only one this year for carpentry and joinery in London and the South East.
Last year, she made history by being the first female in the country to receive the national carpentry award for newcomers to the trade from the Institute of Carpentry.
Rachel, who is absolutely delighted with this latest addition to her accolades, said: “It is really nice to achieve this and be recognised for my efforts.“
