A Recipe for Success
Belal, aged 21, has set up a successful restaurant called Curry Leaf. He came to the UK from Bangladesh and completed the Hospitality Level 1 course at HCC’s impressive London City Hospitality Centre. He also studied ESOL to improve his English.
Eight months on, his business continues to thrive all down to his sheer hard work, determination and according to Belal himself, “invaluable lessons he learnt at HCC“.
