HCC men’s basketball team took on Seevic College when they debut EABL first game at the Copper Box, which is also the home of their new partners the London Lions.
The game, which was dominated by HCC was the warm up to BBL London Lions v Leicester Riders. HCC came out comfortable winners beating their opponents 128-59.
Rossano Dias on the comprehensive win “It was a good game for us…We played hard and it shows putting up 128 points on the board. It’s our first time playing on a big stage. Playing here at the Copper Box it really motivated us to keep practising and working hard.
Arif Sempala who was also a key player in this victory added “Everyone played together with confidence…Our team is getting stronger by the day.”
