Daniel shines on apprenticeship
When Daniel North was recommended to study at Hackney Community College as part of his Electrical Installation apprenticeship with JTL Training he didn’t waste time enrolling on the course.
The Level 3 student, aged 20, travels from Gillingham, Kent to College one day a week to learn the skills needed to be the best in his trade in the College’s outstanding workshop.
He then spends four days a week implementing these skills, working with contractors NES Electrical Limited on a variety of jobs.
He said: “The lessons I have learnt at HCC are quite instrumental in me excelling on my apprenticeship. The tutors are extremely supportive and the facilities are to a very high standard.”
