Open Kitchen, Bar & Restaurant


Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee with homemade pastries at our on-site training restaurant, which is open to the public. You can also indulge yourself and friends with an informal sit down meal for a fraction of West End prices. All the meals are prepared and cooked from fresh, locally sourced ingredients by our Hospitality and Catering students.

Our campus community is diverse, so we offer a varied international cuisine. There are plenty of healthy, light options as well as two-course meals.

You can enjoy fresh homemade sandwiches, soup, salads and main meals. All the ingredients are sourced from local markets and are freshly prepared and cooked on the day by our entry level students.
